Standardized Bid Document - We have a standard professional PROVEN template that can be customized for each individual sporting event. The SCORE! Team will produce the document including: graphic design, printing, and final production. The associated costs are complimentary.

We also provide assistance with collection of information for the bid document including:

• Collection of hotel availabilities, blocks and rate negotiations.
• Assistance with sport venue expertise and negotiations.
• Collection of proposals from supplementary services such as transportation, hospitality, entertainment, and other services.
• Solicitation of letters of support from government officials and other key supporters.

Bid Presentation - Our standardized bid template is also available in a professional Power Point presentation. We will also travel to assist in delivering the presentation to the decision makers.*

Funding Assistance - Depending on the event, we can assist with identifying potential grants that may be available to you. These could include Federal Government, Provincial Government, Municipal Government and the recently announced Special Events Reserve Fund (SERF) through the City of Charlottetown and Tourism Charlottetown. †

Marketing Support - We can provide marketing intelligence and assistance in developing a marketing strategy for your event.

Media Relations - We have a current database of media in the Atlantic Region. We can assist with distribution of your media release and organization of your news conference. We will also provide guidance in crafting your event's news releases.

Sales Tools - Access to our inventory of sales tools including: tradeshow booths, visitor guides, and photo CD's, etc.

Welcome Athletes! - While your event is on PEI, you are welcome to access our "Welcome Athletes" airport banner, City pins, visitor guides, maps and delegate bags for welcome kits.

Tourism Mailing - Send us your confirmed list of attendees, and we will send them a visitor's kit and welcome letter.

Administrative Support - We realize that person-power is an issue and often is the reason why provincial sporting bodies/event organizers are sometimes hesitant to pursue event hosting opportunities. In addition to the above services, we can provide administrative support to your group including: typing, minute taking, and other secretarial support.††

Big Fish in the Little Pond Program - Well established for the meetings market, this program will now be offered to sporting events. The program includes:

• "Welcome Athletes" banners on the lamp posts throughout the City customized with your sporting event logo.
• Host hotel and airport "Welcome Athletes" signs.
• Airport Greeter program. Our ambassadors will welcome the athletes at the airport with warm homemade cookies.
• Discount Cards for downtown merchants for the welcome kits.
• Retail program here merchants display welcome signs customized to your sporting event.
