Charlottetown to host the 2024 Canadian 3D Indoor Championships

OTTAWA, ON — The Canadian 3D Indoor Championships is heading back out East, and for the first time to Charlottetown, PEI in 2024. The Championships will take place in April with exact dates to be released closer to the event.

“PEI Archery is thrilled to be hosting the 2024 3D Indoor Championships.”, said Duncan Crawford, President of PEI Archery Association. “This is a great opportunity to show off our beautiful city of Charlottetown and bring the best 3D archers from across Canada to our small but mighty Island! We promise to offer a great event to be enjoyed by all athletes and participants. We are truly excited to be hosting this event for the first time and see it as a great chance to grow the sport of 3D Archery in PEI and the Atlantic region.”

Following their hosting of the 2022 Canadian Outdoor Archery Championships in Charlottetown, the PEI Archery Association welcomes the opportunity to host their first National level indoor 3D Event. The 2024 Canadian 3D Indoor Championships will bring hundreds of archers from across the country to Eastlink Centre Charlottetown.

“The City of Charlottetown is excited to partner with the PEI Archery Association to host both the 2022 Canadian Outdoor Archery Championships and the 2024 Canadian 3D Indoor Championships,” said Charlottetown Mayor Philip Brown. “I’m thrilled that our SCORE team was able to work closely with the PEI Archery Association and Archery Canada to secure hosting rights to both of these great events. Charlottetown is an amazing sports event city and we look forward to hosting the top archers in Canada in the Birthplace of Confederation in 2022 and 2024.”
